Process every order and ship within 2 days. If 2 day shipment is impossible we will contact our customer and offer a refund, substitute, or backorder. We stand by a guarantee of quality and satisfaction for every item sold. We will accept a return for any reason within 30 days.  All we ask is that the customer contact us prior to returning the item.
