This warranty policy
supersedes any previous policy or any written policy that
you may receive in an instruction booklet shipped with the
monitor by the manufacturer. The exception to this policy
are products shipped under the brands Summer Infant and
Lorex. The Safe Baby
Shop will make final determinations whether a product
qualifies for warranty support.
The policy is simple:
If the product fails
during the 90 days and it is determined that this is due to
product failure we will replace the part or the entire unit
if necessary. If it is determined that the failure is due to
mishandling, rough handling, dropping, etc. the warranty
will not pertain.
If the problem is
determined to be product failure and cannot be resolved The
Safe Baby Shop may offer to substitute an alternative but
equal product. If the customer chooses not to accept this
offer the product can be returned with Safe Baby's approval.
